For almost twenty years, that belief has guided every project we’ve developed, every partnership we’ve built and every opportunity we’ve created.
It continues to shape every decision we make today, from the way we care for our animals and support our communities to the way we welcome every person who becomes part of Phoenix.

Our Purpose
Our mission is to create opportunities through nature, animals and community, helping people discover confidence, connection and belonging.
Whether that’s helping a family access specialist equipment, funding Riding for the Disabled lessons, welcoming volunteers, supporting local communities or caring for the animals at the heart of Phoenix, we believe every opportunity has the potential to make a lasting difference.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. We believe in taking the time to listen, understand each person’s circumstances and respond with kindness, because every opportunity begins with understanding the person in front of us.

We have always believed it’s better to grow thoughtfully than quickly. By protecting the relationships at the heart of Phoenix, we can continue providing the warmth, care and attention that people have come to expect from us.
Care deeply
Whether we’re caring for our animals, supporting people or looking after the natural environment around us, we believe every act of care matters. Our animals are at the heart of Phoenix and are cared for with the same kindness and respect that we show every person who becomes part of our community.
