Safeguarding at Phoenix 

At The Phoenix Children’s Foundation, safeguarding is central to everything we do. We believe every child, young person and vulnerable adult has the right to feel safe, respected, valued and listened to. We are committed to creating environments where people feel welcomed, supported and protected, and where concerns are taken seriously and acted upon appropriately. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.

Our safeguarding team undertake regular training and ensure safeguarding remains embedded within our culture and everyday practice.

Safeguarding is regularly reviewed and discussed throughout the organisation.
